Zach Guenette
Cofounder / Chef

Guided by a deep passion for flavor and a commitment to care, Zach Guenette has honed his culinary career in Toronto for over a decade. During the formative years of his career, Zach cultivated his love for sustainability and indigenous ingredients while working on a vibrant farm in Nova Scotia. Now a father of two daughters who love to help him in the kitchen, Zach stands as the co-founder of Camera Ready Foods. Cooking and sharing meals with his closest friend provide him with a harmonious balance between work, family, and community.

Michael Salasny
Cofounder / Chef

With a decade-long history in the hospitality industry, Michael has refined their culinary skills at prestigious establishments, including a Michelin-starred restaurant in Vancouver and some of Canada's top 100 restaurants in Toronto and Halifax. Michael then expanded his culinary horizons as a sous chef at a vegetarian restaurant in Melbourne, Australia. Amidst the challenges of a global pandemic, he returned to Toronto's vibrant Queen West neighborhood and, alongside Zach, founded Camera Ready Foods. Michael is dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences that reflect his extensive culinary journey and expertise.
